Coming from a background in managing vacation properties, we deeply understand how challenging it is for small and medium-sized owners to stay profitable. High OTA commissions, low online visibility, expensive marketing options, seasonal demand, and lack of reviews or referrals often lead to gradual business decline.

Many owners rely solely on location or depend on market luck, not realizing that the real gap is digital literacy. There’s a common belief that promoting a property online requires technical expertise or large budgets — which simply isn’t true.
